Search by Association
- Search listings by your MLS membership using the Office/Member tab in Full Search
- Create statistical reports by your MLS using any of the reports in Statistics > Statistical Reports.
1004MC Effective Date
- Run 1004MC reports retroactively using the Effective Date tool for the 1004MC form in Statistical CMA.
Quick Search Browse Feature
- Clicking Add a field to the search next to the Browse button will display all available details that may be added to your search.
Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM)
- CDOM is now calculated by using the listing (contract) date rather than the entry date.
