A new tool has been added to the Map Search feature in FlexMLS. You now have the ability to exclude one or more geographical areas on a search map. In the Edit Search tab > Map Search link, create your shape on the map, and then in the left side parameter pane next to Search Areas, click the within link to change to not within. This will exclude that area from your search.
NOTE: This feature is only available from the Map Search screen.
