Auto-Save in Listing Maintenance: When adding or editing a listing, FlexMLS will perform background saves of information every two minutes. In the event of a power outage, browser error, or other interruption, you will now be able to retrieve the information that was added or changed.

Hit Count: This feature allows you to view the number of hits to your listing(s) within FlexMLS, the Contact Portal, and from e-mails.

Listing Activity in Portal Tab: This feature will display a brief summary of listings last viewed by your Contact in their Portal. What is shown is the MLS number, Property Address, and number of times viewed.

Share link in Contact Portal: From the Contact’s portal dashboard, you are able to share selected listings by e-mail or to social networking sites, including Twitter and Facebook.

Driving Directions: Previously named Route; the Driving Directions tool has moved from a function item at the top of the Search Results screen to a link on the Map tab.

Public Remarks: This field has been expanded from a character limit of 400 to 512.

Search Results Styling: The Search Results page has undergone several small changes to help new and existing users work more efficiently. This also applies to the Contact's view in e-mails and the Contact Portal.

Edit Search Simplification: For fields that search a range, the default upper bound (often 99999) has been removed. When searching for listings with two or more bathrooms, entering a 2 in the first box and leaving the second box blank will still search for all listings with at least two bathrooms.

Quick Search: In order to make Quick search easier to scan and select, nearly all fields will be collapsed when you begin a Quick Search.
