Did you know you can upload the Listing Contract as a private document instead of sending via email?
Start uploading Listing Contracts today. This will be the primary method of providing Listing Contracts in the near future. Remember to include only the first and last page of the contract in the uploaded pdf.
Benefits include:
- Immediately verify from the documents link that the Listing Contract was successfully uploaded.
- View the history of the listing to assure the Listing Contract was uploaded within the specified timeframe.
Check the box for the document when adding or changing a listing ONLY if the Listing Contract has been uploaded to the listing.
