Important Update: Uploading Listing Contracts will be the primary required method of providing Listing Contracts by the end of November 2012.
Remember to include only the first and last page of the contract in the uploaded pdf.
Benefits include:
- Immediately verify from the documents link that the Listing Contract was successfully uploaded.
- View the history of the listing to assure the Listing Contract was uploaded within the specified timeframe.
NOTE: Listing contracts are private documents. The permissions for the private documents allow the listing agent and all others that can edit the listing to view the documents. That would include the listing agent, listing office and MLS personnel. Other members of an office, for example, cannot view the private document.
