The MLS has updated the Energy Efficiency Certified document to include the Focus on Energy New Homes Program. Many new homes today are being built to be energy efficient certified. A certified home meets construction standards established by the Wisconsin Energy Conservation Corporation, which administrates the Focus on Energy program for the state.
