Effective immediately, Metro MLS will be changing the required abbreviation for streets designated ‘Trail’ when a listing is added to FlexMLS.

Previously listings were required to be entered with the street tag as Tl which did not match WIREdata tax information or USPS. Now all listings should be entered using Trl as the street tag for Trail.

Metro MLS will update all existing listings in FlexMLS to reflect the new format of Trl. This change will now match USPS recognized format as well as the WIREdata tax format.

Please enter the five digit zip code and the additional +4. If you cannot find the +4 on the tax record, it is available at www.usps.com.
