Metro MLS is currently updating school districts on existing listings. During this process, we are finding that not all municipalities identify the high school district (9-12 grades) on the tax records; rather they might identify a K5-8 elementary school district that feeds into the high school district. Our suggestion is, you should enter what would most likely to be searched for the given market area which is typically going to be the high school district.

For example - union school districts, such as Arrowhead UHS, have various elementary school districts that may show on the tax record, depending on the municipality.

Secondly, when you are entering a new listing or copying an existing listing to create a new listing, please verify the School District drop-down menu is displaying the correct district, as the menu defaults to the first district in the list which is Abbottsford.
