Metro MLS is in the process of correcting school districts in the FlexMLS system to improve data integrity and search capabilities. This does not affect any of the other school related fields. This then prepares us for implementing a drop-down for school districts in early February. To assist us in this process, it would be helpful when adding new listings to enter the school district as you see it on the tax record minus the school code and drop the words ‘School District’ if they exist.

Tax Record examples:

3619 Milwaukee School District from the tax record would be entered on a new listing as Milwaukee

4312 Pewaukee from the tax record would be entered as Pewaukee

5369 Silver Lake J1 School District from the tax record would be entered as Silver Lake J1
