The MLS Board of Directors approved the following Rules changes at their meeting on May 7, 2009. These changes are effective July 1, 2009. Please click on the link below to review the MLS Rules as modified and approved. The changes are highlighted in red.

These Rules also include previous changes and additions at Sections 14 and 15. Section 15 refers to the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program and current policies. Section 14 was added in February 2009 following the settlement of the NAR/DOJ lawsuit and the establishment of Rules for Virtual Office Web sites (VOWs). Further information on both topics will be provided to Participants.
