Using the Production and Broker Inventory Reports

The Production Report displays sales production by member and property type for a given date range. There is also an option to view your productivity from prior office(s).

To generate the Production Report, in the Main Menu tree, click Statistics > Inventory Reports. In the list of reports, click the Production Report link. Enter the date range for which you want to generate the report. If you were a member of another office during that time range and would like to include your production from that office, place a check in the 'Show activity from prior offices' check box. Select the property types you wish to include and click the Next button.

If you are running this report as an office (as opposed to member), at the following screen, you can select to include all members of the office, or select specific members of the office using the list, and then click the Next button.

The Broker Inventory Report will generate a “snapshot” view of all member and office listing activity that falls within the selected time frame. The Broker Inventory report tracks agent and office listing activity and sales volume. This report provides both listing details and summary statistics, including transaction sides, cooperative sales, and volumes. This report will also include data from prior offices.

To generate the Broker Inventory report, in the Main Menu tree, click Statistics > Inventory Reports. In the list of reports, click the Broker Inventory link. Next, enter the date range for which you want to run the report. Choose the type of report that you would like by checking the radio button next to the option that you want and click the Next button.

Standard Report Totals will generate an inventory list for the member, including current stats. This is followed by stats for the member's office and MLS board stats. Show Company Office Totals will generate an inventory list for the member including current stats, followed by stats for all offices in the member's company and MLS board stats. Member Totals Only will only show inventory and stats for the member.

If you are running this report as an office (as opposed to member), at the following screen, you can select to include all members of the office, or select specific members of the office using the list, and then click the Next.

The Million Dollar Club will affect how the numbers for sales are totaled. With the Million Dollar Club activated, any sales for which a Member is both the listing and selling agent will count as double volume. If the Million Dollar Club is not turned on, those sales will only be counted at their regular volume.
