The training team at Multiple Listing Service is currently taking requests and scheduling office visits for our members to demonstrate the recent upgrades to FlexMLS and review any existing features.
You may be saying to yourself, "I probably won't use these features.", "I don't have the time to learn something new.", or "I can probably figure it out on my own."
Before making your decision for an office visit, did you know ...
- You can create and customize one or more Custom Dashboards using gadgets - imagine switching between dashboards displaying statistical information based on geographical areas of your choice!
- Create and save neighborhood areas you define on a map using Map Overlays - you can create shapes defining neighborhoods in your market, properties surrounding lakes, school districts, or other areas you desire. These shapes are then available to you when performing Quick or Map searches, or for use with statistical gadgets of the dashboard.
- Quickly and easily search on locations such as street name, zip code, or municipality using Location Search - In the Quick and Map Search functions, the Location Search field allows you to type in a location, such as an address, zip code, street name, or MLS number to quickly add to your search criteria.
