I have been a broker in the state of Ohio for 22 years and licensed for 29. I have owned and operated my own company for 22 years. We specialize in bank owned properties and property management. My sister and father have been running the daily operations of the company for some time. This has enabled me to sink my teeth into the MLS. I was on the board of directors of the regional MLS for 15 years and served as president twice. I also served as director of the board of REALTORS for ten years serving as president two times. When I got into the business, interest rates were 18% and creative financing was the only way to sell real estate. My first MLS was the book. My first computerized MLS was the old Texas Instrument data terminal that would only print and had no monitor. I have been a key player in two regional MLS’s in Ohio. I have been involved in 4 major new MLS vendor installs and countless upgrades and additions. Although I was a broker I was an everyday user of the system. Over the last 15 years my passion has been with the MLS and the positive change it has brought our industry. I am married and have 4 children, 4 cats and a dog (all the cats were rescues). I am excited to help all of you work through our ever changing industry.
