Residential Rentals are Live!

Members of Metro MLS are now able to enter residential rental properties into FlexMLS. This includes types of residential properties for lease or rent, such as apartments and homes, Assisted Living apartments, vacation, short and long term.

All MLS Rules will apply to Residential Rentals and the Exclusive Right to Lease MUST be uploaded to the listing within 48 hours from midnight of the contract date.
