The flyers available in FlexMLS have been specifically created for the listing agent to market their properties. When viewing or printing your listings in a flyer, make sure you are using the Private version to display your complete contact information.

Promotional Reports can be used in the same manner as any other data sheet - with other agents' listings. The layouts are similar to the flyers. They are accessed in the same way as the flyers and reports.

Online Compression Tool

If you are trying to upload a document to the FlexMLS system from your PC, and it is over the 1 MB limit, you will need to either compress the PDF or rescan it in at a lower resolution on your scanner. To save you time we have found a free online document compression website. Follow the easy instructions in KnowledgeBase Article 208, "Online Document Compressor".
