Upcoming FlexMLS field updates that will affect ALL listings.

On February 12th 2013, Metro MLS will be adding the new fields into FlexMLS as described in the weekly Flex Tips notifications sent out over the last several months.

Read about the changes to see actions required by all members.

IMPORTANT: If you have automatic e-mail events that are affected by the changes, Metro MLS will send a separate e-mail to you identifying the Contact searches and how to adjust your search criteria.

IMPORTANT: A new link will be provided in Tax Info identifying assessor information as an additional resource for you.

We have created a Summary of Changes form that will make collection of the new required data convenient.

The updated property profile sheets are indicated with 'NEW' and located on the Forms and Rules page.
