The May 2011 enhancements of features to the FlexMLS™ Web system are briefly described below.
Deactivate - You may deactivate a Contact's Auto E-mail event(s) and/or their Contact Portal at any time, for any reason. Your Contact file will remain, but automatic e-mail and Portal activities will cease. You can also easily reactivate their Portal and/or the auto e-mail event(s).
Transfer - This function allows you to transfer any of your Contact files to another agent within your home office.

Contact Management Feature Additions
Work on Behalf of a Contact - From the Search Results screen, you may now apply Favorites, Possibilities, Rejects, and Agent Recommendations to listings from any search for your Portal Contacts.
Remove Listings from a Contact's Portal - You may remove any listing from a Contact's Portal.

Give an Overlay to Another User in your Office - From Preferences > My Map Overlays, you can give any of your saved Map Overalys to another member within your home office.
Save an Overlay from Search Results - When you have drawn a polygon on the map, new options allow you to save it as a Map Overlay. To do so, click Save, then choose Save Polygons as My Map Overlay. You’ll be given the option to save the polygon(s) as a new overlay, or to add them to an existing overlay.

FlexMLS will provide a password reset warning 5 days in advance of a user password expiring. You may change it at that time, or choose to change it later using the ‘Reset my password later’ link. To view an example of the Password Notification Expiration will look like, click here.
Listing Carts - The process for creating and managing Listing Carts has been simplified. For more information on these updates, see the Listing Cart Updates.
Off Market Dates - An Off Market date range option has been added to the Status detail in Quick Search and Map Search.
Internet Explorer 9 Compatability Fixes - The Photos tab will now display listing photos correctly.
iPad Compatability Fixes - Basic functionality of FlexMLS Web now works on the iPad. Specifically, the scrolling problems in Search Results with the Detail report and the left list (you can one-finger scroll both), fixed a display bug that prevented emailing of listing reports, and fixed several orientation challenges. DISCLAIMER: While we do not directly support the iPad, best efforts will be made to resolve issues or find work-arounds. Solutions may be inhibited due to iPad limitations.
