FlexMLS Bounced E-mails

Please help us deliver your e-mails

The FlexMLS Bounced E-mail Policy has been in effect for 2 years now.

The FlexMLS system has been sending bounced e-mail notifications directly to you - the sender - to the primary e-mail address listed in your FlexMLS profile. These are FlexMLS e-mails that have not been delivered to your Contacts for one reason or another.

Thousands of bounced e-mails intended to be sent to your Contacts are NOT being delivered.

What to do

  • Do not ignore bounced e-mails that are sent to you from FlexMLS.
  • Check your Junk or Spam folder for bounced e-mails being delivered to you.
  • Fix or resolve the e-mail address as soon as possible using KB article 119.

Reminder

It is your responsibility to manage and support your Contacts which includes verifying that the Contact’s e-mail addresses are correct and that the messages are being received.

It is recommended that you follow up with your Contacts to verify that the correct e-mail address has been entered into Contact Management in FlexMLS, and that they have received it. If the e-mail address was entered incorrectly, you may simply update the e-mail address within the system, making sure to save your changes once updated. Please also take this opportunity to remove any Contacts that you no longer need in the system.
