How to Find Concessions for Sold Listings – Yes or No

As of August 29th, 2011, sold listings are identified as having concessions with a ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ selection. For sold listings identified as having concessions with a ‘Yes’, the concessions are disclosed in the Private Remarks.

There are two ways to identify if there are concessions on a sold listing:

  1. Create or modify a view to include the concessions.
    2.    
  2. Look at the history of the sold listing.
