Announce Your Open Houses and Tours
Use Full Search or edit an existing contact search to locate Open Houses or Tour of Homes for your Contacts. From the Summary tab expand the Activities and Multimedia link and select either Open House or Tour of Homes.
How to add Open Houses or Tour of Homes
Use any of the Edit Listing features to schedule your Marketing Activities:
- From the Search Menu click My Listings and use the Additional Options triangle to the right of the MLS number to Edit Listing.
- From the Add/Change Menu use the Change option to schedule either an Open House or Tour.
- From the Messages Menu click Tour/Open Houses and Add/Edit Tour of Homes or Open Houses at the bottom of the screen.
Route your Listings
The Route link allows you to map selected listings and receive driving directions via Google Maps.
- From Search Results use the Route link in the upper right hand corner of the screen to map out selected listings.
Active with Offer vs. Pending Status
Active With Offer: Listings where an offer has been received but further showings and offers are accepted. An Active With Offer listing would show in a search for active properties. Listings where an offer with a “bump” clause has been accepted would show an Active status, not Active With Offer.
Pending: Listings with an accepted offer and no further showings or offers, waiting to close.
