All Business Opportunity properties have been converted into Comm/Industrial property type.
What does this mean to you?
- Members no longer need to duplicate data entry of properties in both property types for marketing exposure.
- Members no longer need to search for business opportunities in both property types.
Metro MLS has added several detail groups to the Commercial Industrial profile sheet to accommodate business opportunities entered into the Commercial Industrial property type:
- Type of Business
- Licenses
- Sale Included
Refer to the highlighted Commercial Industrial profile sheet page 2 for all the business opportunity additions.
To find business opportunities using the Comm/Industrial Full Search, select Business from the Bus/Com/Ind field as demonstrated in the screenshot below:
