Metro MLS is pleased to introduce new monthly market reports! The reports are based on the listing activity in the FlexMLS system and analyzed for presentation by 10K Research and Marketing, our partner in Minneapolis.

The Monthly Indicators report is an analysis of the four county metropolitan Milwaukee markets. Its various breakouts track and visually present various business activity trends. The Local Market Updates are single paged reports for seventeen counties and over twenty-five cities or groups of municipalities.
